We bring knowledge, experience and proven success to government contracting, and manufacturing businesses to support acquisition / divestment processes and to strategic financial matters. We provide CEOs and owners with insight that enables them to execute their plans with confidence.
How We Support Your Business
Mergers & Acquisition Support
The EagleFirst team brings more than $2 billion of experience in buy-side and sell-side transactions in the US and internationally, to manage acquisition and divestment processes for clients. We provide unique insight to both sides of the negotiating table, help identify synergy and shareholder value, and identify solutions for obstacles early in the process. Our M&A Support services can include post-acquisition integration and management.
Growing businesses may not need or cannot afford a full time CFO. Our CFO Support is an affordable alternative, provided on a part-time basis, for when you need help with your growth plans.
Our decades of government contracting and other industry experience enables us to provide guidance on strategic, operational, financial and other challenges.

We are committed to creating partnerships with our clients that make a meaningful impact to their organization and consistently exceed their expectations. Whatever the assignment, our aim is to strengthen and increase the value of your business.
